Temperament, scope, and way-of-going notes
Adjust feed and turnout plan (with nutrition support)
If needed: physio/chiro/farrier/vet referrals via trusted local partners

Training & Presentation
Individual schooling plan (flat, poles, showjumping)
Correct, consistent work to show the horse at its best
Grooming, trimming, plaiting and presentation standards
Fitness plan aligned to the target buyer

Professional Media
Branded photoshoot and jump video (arena + course lines)
Conformation stills and ridden clips (walk/trot/canter/jump)
Honest write-up highlighting temperament, level, and suitability

Marketing & Listings
Publish on TJ Sportshorses channels (website, Facebook/IG)
List on key sales platforms + share within our buyer network
Handle enquiries, qualify riders, and manage appointments

Viewings & Trials (By Appointment)
Safe, structured trials on site (flat, poles, fences/course)
Optional off-site training/showing to evidence ring experience
Clear, transparent communication with prospective buyers

Vetting & Due Diligence
Arrange pre-purchase exam with buyer’s chosen vet
Coordinate X-rays/bloods if requested
Liaise with farrier/saddle fitters where required

Offer, Deposit & Paperwork
Negotiate price and terms on your behalf
Take holding deposit (subject to agreed vetting terms)
Prepare simple sale contract and receipt
Manage passport transfer and registration details

Handover & Aftercare
Collection or delivery arranged
Handover notes: feed, shoeing, routine, and current programme
